Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 GBP per person.

Big and tidy appartment in the centre of Prague. Three bathrooms were a plus but some of the fixtures were lose. The kitchen has everything you need when staying only for a night or two but is a bit small for longer stays.
Another plus was the luggage storage at the Hotel after checking out.
As we left the appartment cleaning staff was there before 11am and as our vehicle was stuck in traffic we were asked to wait with all of our luggage on the street. Not the best customer service.
The Hotel staff was helpful but not the friendliest.
And require all apartment ok, only with worker autopack place as expensive and not friendly

We stayed in a lovely very large (205 m2) in Spalena 27 apartment is nice centrally in the city, it is a little worn. Our immediate shortcomings were quickly rectified, but we lacked shielding for the bath, but all in all an apartment we can recommend to others.
Vi boede i en dejlig meget stor (205 m2) i spalena 27. Lejligheden ligger dejligt centralt i byen, den er lidt slidt. Vore umiddelbare mangler blev hurtigt udbedret, dog manglede vi afskærmning til badet, men alt i alt en lejlighed vi kan anbefale til andre.
Nice appartment, Staff polite and very efficient if you have any need.
Missing some little thing like soap for the washing machine, filter for the coffee and not a lot of paper towel... But it was clean and well located. Grocery at 5-10min of walk, metro at 2 min walk, restaurant near. I would recommend it
This apartment is highly recommended! It looks just like the pictures and is clean and equipped with everything you need.
The location is perfect, 4 minute walk to the promenade on the river and Tower Bridge, and 4-5 minute walk to the subway from where you can reach all surfaces. Supermarket and ATM are 2 minutes away.
Hostess itself, we have not come to know, but the people from the office where you were checking in very nice and helpful. However, should you prefer not to check in after 22 clock as you then have another office needs which is very far way and with suitcases and Co. is then stressful. Would not hesitate to book this apartment.
Dieses Appartement ist sehr zu empfehlen! Es sieht genauso wie auf den Fotos aus und ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Die Lage ist perfekt, 4 Minuten zu Fuß zur Promenade am Fluss und der Towerbridge, und 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Ubahn von wo aus man überall gut hinkommt. Supermarkt und Geldautomat sind 2 Minuten entfernt.
Gastgeberin selbst haben wir nicht kennen gelernt, aber die Leute vom Büro wo man eincheckt waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollte man lieber nicht nach 22 Uhr einchecken da man dann in ein anderes Büro muss was sehr weit Weg ist und das dann mit Koffern und Co. Stressig ist. Würde jederzeit wieder dieses Appartement buchen.

Very nice and clean appartment. Very centrally located. No parking possibilities at appartment but at the place where the key has to be fetched parking is for free. Any time again.
We rented this apartment for a 4 days' stay over Easter 2014. We were 14 people in our group (8 adults, 6 children) and the 4 spacious bedrooms in this apartment were more than adequate. The kitchen is a nice size too. We found quite a few chairs broken though. However, there were just sufficient chairs for us all 14. This apartment is located very conviniently for the centre of Prague - there is just a 10 min. walk and you are near the Charles Bridge.
Be aware if you require a parking space for your car that you have to booke it in advance, as there are limited spaces connected with these apartments. We left it too late. But fortunately found car spaces (for all our 3 cars) in a nearby car park basement (reasonable prices) and just 5 min. walk away.
All in all a very pleasurable stay in a comfortable albeit a bit run down apartment. Prague is a wonderful city. Well worth a second or third visit!
Good standard of accommodation. The flat was equipped with everything one needs for a short stay. A bit more noisy due the extensive construction of buildings in the immediate neighborhood.
