The area has long been a magnet for artists and anyone seeking budget accommodation or cheap eats, and it’s still a great place for budget travelers to focus on today (though it’s decidedly more expensive than it used to be).
Montmartre enjoyed a surge in popularity following the success of the film “Amelie,” which is set in this famous district, but visitors will still find a steady stream of locals and tourists alike in the neighborhood
In the heart of Montmartre hill, in a very pleasant street with shops and stores, you will enjoy this charming studio on the 1st floor of a secure building.
This charming and convinient flat consists of :
a living room with a large sofa, a dining table with chairs, an open equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Ideally located in a historic district of Paris, you can visit the many nearby museums or stroll through the narrow streets of Montmartrte to discover the oldest building of Paris and many shops.

Top: Great apartment overlooking the Strasse.Absolut gelegen.Sauber quiet and functional. Internet worked. Bad for double standards ok.Handtücher clean. Even a small bag with toiletries in the kitchen was provided. The walls were a bit too thin. The neighbors could be heard clearly. But that was not so bad because we were traveling as often as possible. Shortcoming. In the kitchen: no stove / oven Only an electric hotplate and a Mikrowellle.Kühlschrank hiding in the closet. Sofa had set up various spots ... prefer blanket underneath. Otherwise, almost exactly like the pictures. TV super old but works Top: Clearly the situation, the greatest boutiques round about, on the other great Agentinier Strassenseite.Bäcker only 2min entfernt.Supermarkt also very close!. Walk on foot from the Place des Vosges. With the wheels (station right in front of the door) can explore Paris super.
Top:Tolles Appartement mit Blick auf die Strasse.Absolut ruhig gelegen.Sauber und funktional. Internet funktionierte.
Cosy, clean and spacious apartment (we were 4 people). Kitchen very well equipped. Location is top. Shops, starbucks and subway around the corner. Nearby parking in Clichy Montmartre (www.interparking-france.com 15 E per day). At night there is street noise in the living room. In the bedroom you hear nothing.
Wonderful and really nice place in an excellent district near restaurants and bars! Perfect for a family as well as friends! Host is very nice!
We arrived at the apartment around 23:00 hours. Total darkness and difficulty of finding lo.Higiene and heating deficit, only 2 fillings and very cold. Wiring damaged and dangerous. Lack of light inside the apartment. Difficulty bathing without wetting everything. The TV does not work! I complained on the first day and was so even. Written material found inside the apartment with the rules to be followed, which included handwritten that our checkout was 11:00 (AM) but at 10:00 (AM) when we finished closing the bags were grossly invaded by a Mr cleaning. As before you hire Eric asked to check-out a little later, we interpret the escrtito as a courtesy, but unfortunately received little polite phone call from Sonia.
We were there for 4 days, it is a terrific apartment, right on the park, totally close to the city, are the car remains, we did everything by foot and by subway. There are a lot of restaurants. Should we go to Paris again, I would rent this apartment once again. 1000 Thanks!
1000 Dank!
Great little appartment; lived up to expectations. Provided all you need for a short holiday stay in Paris. Good shops on Rue Bretagne if you want to pick up something to eat-in. Le Progress bar round the corner great for a drink and watching the world go by. 15 minute walk to Notre Dame and easy access to the rest of Paris.
It is a very Nice apartment and very good for a family with kids in all ages.
While this apartment has a great location in Latin Quarters, we didn't feel very welcomed by the host. Our plane arrived later than expected and it took us longer to get to the apartment. We called many times the number of the agent that we were given and asked to contact in case of delays. Nobody answered for two hours. The next door crepe owners were extremely nice and allowed us to use their phone and internet to try to connect with our hosts. An agent finally arrived and gave us a brief tour of the place. She looked too busy to spend time with us. The apartment was not bad, but definitely very petit. Bedroom was small with a smaller bed that is not long enough for a 6 foot person. The bedroom window looks out into an inner court with trash cans, which made it very loud every time one of the neighbors threw away trash. When someone walks outside the building, lights turn on automatically and illuminate the entire bedroom at night due to an absence of heavy curtains in the room. This apartment didn't feel like someone spent time preparing it for new guests. There were no soap left. Overall, it was definitely not worth the price and while waiting for the agent to arrive we found a hotel room in the area for less. When we asked via e-mail for an extra key since there were two of us staying at the apartment, we got a very dry and cold "no, sorry". Despite the discomforts of the apartment, we still enjoyed the convenience of its location.
The apartment was clean and was exactly as in the pictures. We didn't experience any problems with the host. The host was very nice and always available. Towels and sheets were provided. We had a pleasant stay in Paris.
