Very spacious 4-room apartment on the top floor (2nd floor) of the Villa Haniel. Sunrise through the magnificent marble staircase. Equipped with all modern comforts 4-room apartment with 2 roof terraces. The large, bright rooms are characterized by historic woodwork, large windows and wood floors.
4 bedrooms, 1 with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a private roof terrace, 1 with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), 1 with 2 single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). Additional one double sofa bed in the living room (no interconnecting room).
Large, cozy kitchen with large dining table and a roof terrace. Complete one bathroom. With dishwasher, double sink, 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, **** freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, iron / ironing board, etc. Washer / dryer for shared use.
Spacious living room with TV, stereo, CD player, table and chairs.
WLAN / WiFi included.
2 bathrooms, both with marble tiles and windows, wash basin, toilet, hairdryer 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.
A private parking lot on the property.

Arrival/departure every week-day except Christmas (24.12.-26.12) and New Year (31.12./1.1.). Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

As providers of tourist accommodation we are obliged by the City of Dresden to collect the accommodation tax from our guests. This tax will be approx. 6% of the booking amount in addition. The accommodation tax will be collected in cash upon arrival. Those excluded from this tax include minors (guests under 18 yrs old), those staying due to business or further education/vocational purposes, disabled persons, and where applicable those guests accompanying them. For all other grounds for exemption we would request you to provide proof as required per City of Dresden regulations upon arrival. Schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr zentral gelegen, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, parken in der Tiefgarage ideal. Sehr saubere Wohnung!

The apartment is cute and practical.
But you should know that it is quite noisy with the windows open at night (the windows where there are seemingly soundproof)!
Das Appartement ist niedlich und praktisch eingerichtet.
ABER man sollte wissen, dass es mit offenen Fenstern recht LAUT ist nachts (wobei die Fenster aber anscheinend schallgeschützt sind)!
