The accommodation is luxuriously furnished throughout and offers home comforts, helping make your stay an even more enjoyable one. It is located on the first floor of Britannia Court, a modern, purpose-built residence at the quiet end of Brighton Marina.
The lounge is spacious, light and airy with French doors opening onto the balcony. Kick back, relax and unwind on the luxury leather sofa and watch a film or enjoy a relaxing meal. The west facing balcony is the ideal spot for afternoon tea or evening drinks white the sun sets.
The master bedroom has zip-link beds which give guests the option of a super-king size bed or two singles, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. There is an en-suite shower room with WC, basin and shower cubicle.
The second bedroom also has zip-link beds giving the option of a king size bed or two singles, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.
The bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom, has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.
Ideal for a self-catering holiday, the modern kitchen is equipped with oven and 4-ring hob, fridge, washer/drier, dishwasher (dishwasher and washing tablets provided), microwave and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. There is also a freezer in the garage.
A welcome tea/coffee tray will be waiting for you, as well as hotel quality bed linen, fluffy towels and toiletries. Other amenities include flat screen TV, Free view & Sky, DVD/CD player, DVD library, games, books, free unlimited WiFi, etc..
The property is family friendly, with the option of having cots, highchairs, steam sterilizer, socket covers, non-slip bathmat, children’s plastic tableware, beakers and a selection of toys and games are also provided. For guests between 3 and 10 years old, a special welcome gift will be provided.
There are many attractions in Brighton such as the fantastic Royal Pavilion and the Volks Electric Railway, which claims to be the world's oldest operating electric railway. Brighton Seafront and Pier is the main attraction, and this seaside resort is one of the most visited beaches in the world.
If you are a fan of history and heritage, why not visit the many historical houses, castles and gardens? Discover places such as Nymans, which is a 20th century garden, set around a romantic house and ruins, in beautiful woodlands. There is also Lewes Castle, which is an impressive structure of Norman origin, and has a 14th century outer barbican gate. For the more active, there are activities for all to enjoy including cycling routes, water sports, scuba diving, sailing and power boating tuition and walking along the South Downs.

We hebben het reuze naar ons zin gehad in het appartement in Brighton Marina. Dit appartement maakt deel uit van 1 van de meerdere appartementen complexen met deels uitzicht op de haven. In de buurt zijn enkele restaurants en een grote regionale supermarkt. Brighton centrum is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en is een belevenis.
