Ideally located, this apartment is situated in the very heart of Paris, close to Pantheon, Notre-Dame and the very well known rue Mouffetard for its night life and its restaurants , the Jardin des Plantes and Luxembourg gardens. It is in a short walking distance to the Ile Saint Louis, place Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Pres, with Le Cafe de Flore, Les deux Magots or la brasserie Lipp. Saint Germain des Pres is also one of the trendiest area in Paris, known for the fashion stores as Yves Saint Laurent or Louis Vuitton and many others. Many shops and stores are close to the apartment: bakery, butchery, supermarket, open air market, theater, restaurant, cafe...
The nearest metro station is Cardinal Lemoine.

For rentals over 21 days, you will have to pay your consumption of electricity and gas (on meter reading).
The security deposit is equal to the amount of the rent for rentals of less than 21 days (Possibility of taking an imprint bank card with Visa or Mastercard).
For rentals between 21 days and 6 months, we charge one month's rent, and 2 months rent for rentals of more than 6 months.

We - a family of 4 children - were with this very tastefully furnished, clean apartment very satisfied. Kids loved the bunk beds. The living room is very cozy. We spent Christmas here, and despite that the living room is quite small but we had a beautiful Christmas tree standing in the corner next to the fireplace :-) The kitchen Well equipped, the apartment has all you need do! What is a big plus as well - the situation: the U7 is right outside the front door and has a direct connection to Gare de L'est - and all rooms are facing the court aligned - so QUIET. All in all, a perfect apartment, with only a small heel - 3 Stock WITHOUT LIFT - but I did not mind it - actually ideal for everyday fitness. The suitcases were kindly supported by a staff of Wimdu up (it got a tip from us). So hauling up the stairs was for us all when leaving the case. But as I said, this really is in this apartment, the smallest evil. Too bad I just think that was the cost of electricity at the end still be charged extra to the not very competitive rent - we were with electricity and gas handled sparingly and yet we had to for current 185 € and for gas € 158 for the period of 6 weeks pay!! Paris is really expensive ne veeeery corner!
Wir - eine Familie mit 4 Kindern - waren mit diesem sehr geschmackvoll ausgestatteten, sauberen Apartment sehr zufrieden.
Kinder waren begeistert vom Hochbett.
Das Wohnzimmer wirkt sehr gemütlich.
Wir verbrachten Weihnachten hier, und trotz dem dass das Wohnzimmer doch recht klein ist, hatten wir einen schönen Weihnachtsbaum im Eck neben des Kamins stehen :-)
Die Küche ist Bestens ausgestattet, die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was mach braucht! Was ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt ist - die Lage: die U7 liegt genau vor der Haustüre und hat eine Direktverbindung zum Gare de L`est - und alle Zimmer sind hofseitig ausgerichtet - also RUHIG.
Alles in allem eine perfekte Wohnung, mit nur einem kleinen Hacken - 3. Stock OHNE LIFT - doch mir hat es nichts ausgemacht - für die tägliche Fitness eigentlich ideal. Die Koffer wurden liebenswürdigerweise von einem Mitarbeiter von WIMDU nach oben getragen (bekam dafür ein Trinkgeld von uns). Also das Schleppen über die Treppen war für uns erst bei der Abreise dann der Fall. Aber wie gesagt, das ist bei diesem Apartment wirklich das allerkleinste Übel.
Schade finde ich nur, das die Stromkosten am Schluß noch extra zu der doch nicht günstigen Miete verrechnet wurde - wir waren mit Strom und Gas sehr sparsam umgegangen und doch hatten wir für Strom 185€ und für Gas 158€ für den Zeitraum von 6 Wochen zu zahlen!!!!
Paris ist echt ne SEEEEHR teure Ecke!!!

Die Suche nach geeigneten Objekten am Zielort zur Wunschzeit lässt sich hervorragend eingrenzen, so dass wir schnell fündig wurden. Ein kurzzeitig auftretendes Problem beim Einchecken wurde sicher und zuverlässig per Telefon unterstützt und gelöst, trotz des Wochendes. Danke
Pros: The apartment is very tastefully decorated. Everything I needed was there (hair dryer, ironing board, iron). The location in the Marais is ideal. Cons: the gate is noisy when it is slammed. The windows do not close fully. Especially at low temperatures seems not that nice.
Pluspunten: de studio is erg sfeervol ingericht. Alles wat ik nodig had, was aanwezig (haardroger, strijkplank, strijkijzer). De ligging in de Marais is ideaal.
Minpunten: het toegangshek maakt veel lawaai wanneer deze wordt dicht gegooid. De ramen sluiten niet optimaal. Vooral bij lage temperaturen lijkt me dat niet fijn.
This was a lovely apartment in a great position. Although the area is not particularly picturesque, the apartment was within spitting distance of a metro station, restaurants, supermarkets etc. and an easy walk to the river, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, several museums etc.
The apartment was fully equipped with everything required for a pleasant stay, immaculately clean and very spacious for a Parisian property. Comfy beds too.Our friends were happy to sleep in the bunks and the four of us had plenty of room
The one fault we encountered - a leaking hose from the dishwasher, was dealt with promptly and our encounters with the very pleasant team members for receipt and return of keys was professional and problem free
Our only complaint was a minor one - the towels provided were very thin and small and more than one per person plus a couple of hand towels would have been welcome.
This is a fantastic apartment in a superb location and comes highly recommended.
After we made the reservation, we got a rather unpleasant email by the agency that takes care of the flat. It mainly consisted of threatening to charge you immense fees in case you are late for the key transaction, in case you check in before 2pm, in case you dont check out between 7-9 am, in case you dont buy certain insurances they offer you, and so on....
In the end, we had a very smooth key transaction, the guy from the agency, Thomas, was very helpful and friendly, in spite of the bossy emails by the agency.
The apartment is really cute, clean and cosy, so it was really worth it.
Home as in the description, very comfortable, along with the metro and very easy to reach. Quiet neighborhood with supermarkets bars and restaurants very close to the house. Recommended.
Casa come nella descrizione, molto confortevole, avanti alla metro e molto facile da raggiungere. Quartiere tranquillo con supermercati bar e ristoranti molto vicini all'abitazione. Consigliata.
House clean and perfect .... great kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. Well positioned allows you to move right to the city 'walk, boat or metro'. Too bad for windows that do not have a nice view, but just a few steps, and 'in the middle of the Latin Quarter. Great experience!!

A baeckerei alongside, two typical Parisian lebenmittellaedchen directly gegenueber.die view from every window is a typical Parisian hinterhofaussicht.durch the wonderful ambience of the house, take it not as annoying war.Die apartment is well-equipped and tastefully eingerichtet.Die care by an agency was correct, uncomplicated and angenehm.wir felt absolutely comfortable and enjoyed the experience very much.
Eine bessere Lage kann es nicht geben.direkt am jardin du Palais Royal gelegen,einem Juwel von Park.zu Fuß fünf Minuten zum Louvre,kaum zehn Minuten zur Opera garnier.in dieser trubeligen Umgebung liegt diese schöne Wohnung absolut ruhig in einer Seitenstraße . Eine baeckerei direkt daneben,zwei typische pariser lebenmittellaedchen direkt gegenueber.die Aussicht aus allen Fenstern ist eine typische Pariser hinterhofaussicht.durch das wunderbare Ambiente der Wohnung nimmt man dies jedoch nicht als störend war.die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet.die Betreuung durch eine Agentur war korrekt,unkompliziert und angenehm.wir fühlten uns absolut wohl und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
The Duplex is in an excellent location for visiting Paris with easy access to the whole city. The unit is very well maintained and clean. You have to go up one set of stairs to the first floor before you are able to take an two person elevator to the actual unit. The beds are a little on the hard side but OK. The unit has one nice sized shower and a large tub in one of the bathrooms. We had six people in the unit and it took us a few days to figure out a shower schedule so that we all had hot water, but we got it worked out. We would recommend purchasing a couple of fans if you are going to be there when it is hot there is no A/C in the unit. The street the unit is on is one of the main walking streets in Paris at night, it is very busy, which is nice as there is alot of places to eat and things to see, but it also has it draw backs as there is noise at night.
