The apartment is located in the city centre, right in the heart of Belfast’s historic docklands, known locally as Sailortown. Less than a ten minute walk will take you into the vibrant Cathedral Quarter, which hosts an array of charming and popular bars full of character, many restaurants, a range of arts and cultural venues, such as the new MAC theatre, as well as Belfast’s gay bars and clubs. A further five minute walk will take you to Belfast City Hall as well as Victoria Square Shopping Centre, and St George's market. A short stroll from the apartment across the river Lagan will take you to all the Titanic attractions, including the new visitor centre, the SS Nomadic, the Titanic Pump House, as well as the original dry dock where the ship was built. All of Belfast’s main music and concert venues – the Odyssey arena, Waterfront Hall, Ulster Hall and Grand Opera House – are all within a 10-20 minute walk. Conveniently, there is a large Tesco superstore within a 5 minute walk.
BEDROOM / BATHROOM
The room is comfortable and cozy, containing a standard double bed, a desk (with lots of brochures on local attractions and events), and a built-in wardrobe for your use. You will have the sole use of a private bathroom which is beside the bedroom. Although it’s not en-suite, it will be completely yours, as I have my own bathroom which I always use. Towels are provided, of course, and also a range of toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment has stunning panoramic views over the Belfast skyline. This is my home and I live here. You will have full use of all facilities and amenities, which includes free WiFi, Cable TV, washing machine / dryer, fridge, iron etc, and you are welcome to cook.
I will always have fresh juice, tea, coffee, cereals, porridge, fruit, bagels or croissants and jams available, which you are very welcome to. Also, there is a coffee shop on the ground floor, which opens from 7.30. (It isn't open weekends).
If you have a rental car, there is free, secured parking. If you’re just staying in Belfast, a car isn't necessary. If you’re interested in visiting the Giants Causeway (which I definitely recommend), a car might be useful, although there are several organised tours every day which are good value, and which I can advise on.
I work in the city, about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, and I always try to meet new guests on arrival and answer any questions you have as well as offering some advice on what to do in Belfast. I've lived in Belfast all my life – it’s a wonderful city and you will not be disappointed as there’s so much to do. Please do get in touch with me in advance of your stay if you would like some advice or help with making arrangements or bookings. I'm very flexible about check-in and check-out times. You will be welcome to arrive or leave anytime that suits (so long as I don't have guests arriving or leaving the same day).

If you are going to Belfast and want to sleep at a wonderful place I can really recommend you staying with Kevin! He was a great host - very nice and helpful - and his flat is simply amazing. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en hebben gebruik gemaakt van een geweldig appartement met een geweldige host! Kevin was er bij het ontvangst, heeft ons voor de tijd een prima beschrijving gemaild hoe we er moesten komen en binnen geraken en vervolgens gezorgd voor een geweldige gids tijdens onze IRA tour wat uiteindelijk de reden van onze reis is geweest.
Kevin ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Seine Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man kann sich dort Zuhause fühlen. Das Zimmer auch sehr sauber und angenehm. Ausserdem hat man als Gast dort ein eigenes Bad. Die Lage ist auch OK. Zu Fuss hat man 15 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Ausserdem ist man nur etwa 10 Minuten von einem Einkaufszentrum entfernt.
Diese Wohnung würde ich definitiv jedem weiterempfehlen!
