We arrived at dawn to Stansted and transportation that we had contracted with Irene first shock was not waiting for us, we had to call a couple of times until it appeared the driver, tb I have to say that the plane was two hours late, very large van for 5, agreed not to charge us but we still came out more economical than with other carriers, 75 lbs. The photo of the apartment is a bit tuned, the floor is exactly the same but in the ad looked a lot more new than it really is. The apartment was fine with the basics, basiquisimo drove 5 and had 3 glasses, 4 forks 4 courses and all very justito, but we managed fine. The metro area is 2 with what we managed very well to get to all the interesting sites. The bathroom miniscule but enough. Irene and I saw her hair, a man met us to give us the keys and operating basic informations washer and kitchen. The last day we told if they had a place to leave our bags as we had the airplane wings 18:30 and we had to leave the apartment at 11:00, as they were not able to give us even a little room to let 3 suitcases, were very helpful to say ... The wifi only worked out 2 days of the seven, but they charge the same. Well in short the great area our apartment a bit noisy because it overlooked the main street, but would arrive so exhausted that did not bother you nada.El apartment is fine for undemanding people but with the prices that are out ahì the kitchen we have a came in handy.Pleasant.
LLegamos de madrugada a Stansted y el transporte que habiamos contratado con Irene no estaba esperandonos primer susto, tuvimos que llamarle un par de veces hasta que apareciò el chofer, tb tengo que decir que el aviòn llegò con dos horas de retraso , una furgoneta muy grande para los 5, no nos cobrò lo acordado pero aùn asì nos saliò mas economico que con otras empresas de transporte ,75 libras . La foto del apartamento està un poco tuneada, el piso es exactamente igual pero en el anuncio parecia mucho mas nuevo de lo que es en realidad.
El apartamento estaba bien con lo basico, basiquisimo fuimos 5 y habìa 3 vasos, 4 tenedores 4 platos y todo muy justito, pero nos arreglamos bien.
La zona de metro es 2 con lo que nos arreglamos muy bien para llegar a todos los sitios interesantes. El baño minusculo pero suficiente. A Irene ni le vimos el pelo, nos recibiò un hombre para darnos las llaves y la informaciòn basica de funcionamiento de lavadora y cocina.
El ùltimo dia les comentamos si tenian un sitio para dejar las maletas ya que teniamos el avion alas 18:30 y teniamos que dejar el apartamento a las 11:00, pues no fueron capaces de facilitarnos ni un cuartito para dejar 3 maletas, no eran muy serviciales que digamos...El wifi solo nos funcionò 2 dias de los siete, pero te cobran igual.
Bueno en resumen la zona genial nuestro apartamento un poco ruidoso porque daba a la calle principal, pero llegabamos tan agotados que no te molestaba nada.El apartamento està bien para gente poco exigente pero con los precios que hay por ahì el disponer de una cocina nos vino muy bien.

Al principio tuvimos que esperar para que llegasen a darnos las llaves, y aunque fuera problema del tráfico que hubo tendrían que haberlo previsto...
El apartamento está bien, es lo que es, confortable y sin mucho ruido del resto de apartamentos ni del exterior.
En mitad de la estancia se nos estropeó la nevera, llamamos y una hora después ya estaba arreglada. La zona tiene facilidad para coger metros y buses y varios supermercados muy cerca.
La situacion es bastante buena, hay supermecados que están a la vuelta de la esquina y asequible y esta bien comunicado respecto al medio de transporte, lo único es que deberían de cambiar la ama porque te clavas los muelles...por lo demás esta bien.
Irene trabaja en una agencia y en ningún momento la vi, hable con ella por teléfono y un chico español me dio las llaves del apartamento. No volví a ver ni hablar con nadie durante mi estancia, antes de irme el último día deje las llaves dentro del apartamento y me fui. El apartamento es como aparece en las fotos, aunque un poco sucio, cosa normal en Inglaterra, con el mobiliario justo y los utensilios de cocina justisimos. La zona no esta mal, aunque la entrada al edificio es por detrás con un callejón un poco oscuro. Parada de metro cerca y autobús en la puerta.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. We got the keys when we arrived, and Irene and her colleague were very sweet.
A nice flat near shoping street . The overground is near and you can find everything around .
Location is excelent , the flat is clean and nice . I recomend this property for holiday in London !
The Appartment was as shown on the photos, nice and clean. It's easy to find and surrounded by several good shops, pubs, etc.
Check in and out were easy and without any problems.
The bathroom was pretty small, but there were many towels. The Bed is comfortable, the Sofa is ok for a few days.
Good: The location is great, minutes from two tube stations, Hyde Park, and shops and restaurants for anything you need and is quiet by London standards. The flat is equipped with washer, stove, microwave, and a good kettle and a small television. We also felt secure there and there was lots of hot water. We were met by staff -very friendly and got us some extra pillows and a quilt. What was there was a little skimpy.
Tricky: It is a basement flat and the stairs down are a bit steep. The overall appearance is a little tired but this is mostly cosmetic. It is a basement flat in an older building and it can be a little dank especially in the bathroom (probably similar with every other basement on the block). There is a window the opens to a back courtyard which clears that up fairly quick. The electric top up was tricky as we were told to take the dongle to the post office, Spar store, or news agent to add money. Well none of those worked and we were directed several blocks away to a shop we didn't find. Fortunately we didn't use much electricity so it wasn't a problem.
Do Different: Owners should take a few minutes to do a sheet explaining things for visitors such as exactly where to top up the power, light switches in the entrance hall, and basic instructions for the washer dryer. Add small night light and some clothes hooks in the hall, and bathroom and a few more hangers. Beaching the tiled bathroom and adding a can of air freshener would also go a long way.
We would probably stay again. Next time we will ask for a spare key.
