Tastefully decorated, the lounge is independent, bright and sunny with two sets of doors to a balcony with views to the street and neighborhood.
The modern kitchen is new and fully equipped, opening onto the dining room. There are three bath/shower rooms.
The apartment is spacious and with a lot of light, a total of 130 sq meters, tastefully furnished and with attention to detail. Guests can enjoy the views from the outdoor seating area on the balcony.
The apartment is situated in a quiet side street off Via Sindicato, 50 metres from Plaza Mayor, ideally located in Palma’s historic center, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the beach, perfect +for people who want to experience the old city of Palma. Close by is the shopping centre of Palma, El Corte Ingles, Supermarkets, and Boutiques. The famous market El Oliver is 5 minutes away.
All the historical sights, palaces, museums and art galleries are within walking distance, not forgetting the impressive Cathedral. Surrounding the apartment are many famous squares with coffee shops, tapas and wine bars and restaurants.
The central bus and train stations are also very close, with a fast bus connecting the airport with Plaza Espana. Next to the apartment is a bicycle rental, Palma is fully equipped for cyclists.
Palma's beaches are 10-15 minutes walk away, and discovering nearby beaches by local transport is easy.
Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry.
Not forgetting the famous Tuesday nights busy "Routa Martiana" which happens in the area of the apartment where all the tapas bars are open offering tapas and beer or wine for 1.50€ each.
The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, travelling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller.

The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
-Flexible changeover day, arrival at 14:00 hours departure at 11:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the apartment is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
-We request information about the day and time of flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
-There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.
-Prices are for this property in Euros.
-Refundable deposits required for any damage to the property or contents, will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
-Bookings also taken for December through to March.

Fin och fräsch lägenhet i Palma med bra läge för shopping och restaurangbesök. Bra med en lägenhet med två badrum!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Santa Maria Cottage Haus. Wir verbrachten dort 10 Tage im August 2014, mit 6 Erwachsenen.
Einen Kritikpunkt äußerten wir bereits dem Vermieter gegenüber. Erwachsene können nicht in dem Etagenbett schlafen. Das Etagenbett ist nur für Kinder geeignet und leider ist auch keine Klimaanlage in diesem Zimmer. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer waren absolut ok.
Das gesamte Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und stets telefonisch zu erreichen.
Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig.
Wir verbrachten dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.
Trevlig, väl utrustad och mycket bra belägen lägenhet. Trång brant trappa till tre trappor. Inget för småbarn.
Lage zentral. Dennoch ruhig. Sauber. Wenig Sonneneinfall, aber im Hochsommer wahrscheinlich angenehm. Keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort. Super hilfsbereit.
