It has WiFi, cable TV, washer, dryer on premises, AC, patio, free parking, 10 miles drive to beach, safe neighborhood, close to downtown, shops and bus stops.
Our accommodations are simple, have basic furniture and clean. So if you are on a budget and don't care about luxury, you have come to the right place!
In the surroundings you will find supermarkets, banks, hospital, some great spots to walk and wander and main attractions. It is close to all main transport system.

No smoking inside the house or from windows. You can smoke outside as long as you pick your cigarette butts and throw them in the trash bins
No pets allowed. Any pet seen in or around any unit will result in a $200 charge and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rents paid along with any damages that resulted because of pet. This rule is checked and strictly enforced.
No house parties. Other guests are not allowed.
City taxes are not included in the price.
Late-arrival check- in (after 6 pm) is available with advance notice and must be paid in full.
Late check-outs are subject to a $50.00 an hour late fee, so please check out on time.
If a problem should arise with equipment in a unit, a refund on rent will not be made. We do guarantee that repairs will be made as soon as possible based on the urgency of the matter.
If you have children, who are NOT going to share a bed with you and that are in need of separate, additional beds, there is a regular adult additional person charge.
The property has washer and dryer. If linens are not washed upon departure, $15/ set will be deducted from your deposit for laundering of linens.
There is an additional charge of $150 for cleaning the house or $50 to clean each room. If you clean the house/ room, but do not wash the linens, there is an additional charge of $15/ set to launder the linens. We do not provide cleaning supplies, rags or laundry detergents.
Upon departure, if we have provided you with keys, please leave all keys in the house and lock all doors upon departure. There is a $50 fee per lost or unreturned key.
Locked out? There is a fee of $75 if we have to come and open the door for you or you can call a locksmith and you will be responsible for payment to the locksmith at that time for services rendered. If you try opening the doors yourself and damage the locks and doors, you will be responsible for paying for the damages.
On arrival, you will find a sheet of rules etc. posted in each unit and these are important for making your stay comfortable and for keeping the peace and harmony of persons sharing the place, if any, so please respect these rules. Also, please inspect the place, and notify us immediately if there are any problems.

Es ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist stark heruntergekommen und nicht nur das Bett ist echt ekelhaft, sondern so alles in diesem Haus ist dreckig und stinkt. Die Nachbarhunde bellen rund um die Uhr, bei den dünnen Wänden kann man nicht schlafen. Das Haus funktioniert als Wohngemeinschaft. Einzigstes Plus sind die Mitbewohner, die sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Hausherrin hat sich nie blicken lassen und ist bei Problemen sehr unkooperativ!!!!!
I enjoyed the neighborhood as soon as I arrived from the airport. The house was very warm and the staff helped me right away upon my arrival. All food market places, pharmacies and other stores were near by. Owners were very helpfull! The interaction with other guests brougth me a great experience. Thanks!
Unfortunately, it was not nice, so I slept the last 2 days in a hotel. The bed was a plank bed, very uncomfortable, it was not very clean.
Es war leider gar nicht schön, so dass ich die letzten 2 Tage in einem Hotel geschlafen habe. Das Bett war eine Pritsche, sehr unbequem, es war nicht sehr sauber.
Vermieterin hat sich nicht für das Checking gemeldet und wahr auch nicht erreichbar. Wollten dadurch am nächsten Tag die Reservierung stornierten und haben dadurch Wimdu mit einer Beschwerde Kontaktiert. Nach der Beschwerde kann sich die Vermieterin auf einmal melden, trotz langer Diskussion will sie das Geld nicht zurück überweisen. Fall geht zu Anwalt und Konsumentenschutz! Nicht zu empfehlen!!
