Venture past the ammenities of Lygon Street at your doorstep and take a 2 minute stroll to the beautiful Carlton Gardens (including children's playground, basketball and tennis courts), Melbourne Museum, Royal Exhibition Building or the IMAX 3D Cinemas.
Within 5 minutes walk jump on the FREE Melbourne City Loop Tourist Tram, or visit the Old Melbourne Gaol.
Walk or catch a tram into the City.
Walk east through the Carlton Gardens to reach Gertrude and Brunswick Streets Fitzroy; the popular eclectic and boutique shopping/ dining precinct. Walk west to reach the Queen Victoria Market. Within 25 minutes you can even walk to Melbourne's sporting and entertainment precinct including the MCG and Tennis Centre.
Any destination to far to walk can be easily accessed by jumping on one of Melbourne's famous trams.

Strictly no drugs or illegal activities.
The apartment is part of a complex with permanent residents. There must be no noise heard outside the apartment between 10pm and 8am.
There are some common body corporate rules which must be abided by. These include no washing to be hung outside the apartment (including the balcony), no touching the fish in the communal fish pond, no scooting or skateboarding in the complex or car park, and parking your car only in the allocated secure parking spot.
An information document which includes house rules (amongst other information about the area) is sent to guests 2 weeks prior to their stay.
The apartment comfortably fits 6 adults, including 2 guests on the double fold out sofa bed in the lounge room.
