Great simple clean and affordable in the heart of the Barcelona´s Las Ramblas.
More about the area:-
La Rambla can be considered a series of shorter streets, each differently named, hence the plural form Les Rambles (Spanish: Las Ramblas). From the Plaça de Catalunya toward the harbour, the street is successively the Rambla de Canaletes, the Rambla dels Estudis, the Rambla de Sant Josep, the Rambla dels Caputxins, and the Rambla de Santa Monica. Construction of the Maremàgnum in the early 1990s resulted in a continuation of La Rambla on a wooden walkway into the harbour: the Rambla de Mar.
Spanish poet Federico García Lorca once said that La Rambla was 'the only street in the world which I wish would never end'.
The name rambla refers to an intermittent water flow in both Catalan and Spanish, and is derived from the Arabic 'ramla' which means 'sandy riverbed'. The name of the city of Ramla, now in Israel, shares the same origin.
Also within a short distance distance:-
Plaça de Espanya
One of the city's biggest squares, it is the junction of several major thoroughfares: Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, Avinguda del Paral·lel, Carrer de la Creu Coberta and Carrer de Tarragona, and leads to the Palau Nacional through Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina, which houses one of Catalonia's finest museums, the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya (MNAC). It was designed by Josep Amargós. The fountain at the centre of the square was designed by Josep Maria Jujol, a collaborator of Antoni Gaudí, while Miquel Blay designed the statues. The buildings were designed by Nicolau Maria Rubió i Tudurí.
Venetian Towers - they are 47 m (154 ft) tall and lead the way to the MNAC via Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina, an avenue commonly used to host trade fairs.
Fira de Barcelona
Parc de Joan Miró - previously known as Parc de l'Escorxador (Abbatoir Park), it is nowadays named after the Catalan painter Joan Miró, whose 22-metre-tall statue Dona i Ocell (Woman and Bird) can be seen in one of its corners.
Arenas de Barcelona, a bullring - It was built in 1900 in the Moorish Revival style and has been converted into a shopping center.

Reviews of this property
the room is really small and very loud at night. but absolutely clean! there are towels, sheets, a (very small) fridge, hairdryer, water heater and ventilator. and the location is perfekt, some minutes to las ramblas, barri gotic, and a 20-30 min.-walk to the beach! and it was very nice and uncomplicated to organize everything with helena, thank you :)
Helenas room was very small, but very comfy, clean and well located. Unfortunately we were not able to meet her, but her boyfriend welcomed us very friendly. They were straightforward and we really enjoyed staying in their apartment. It is very close to La Rambla and the next metro station. There are many tapas bars and even the beach is not that far: We walked there every day.
In conclusion: We had an awesome trip, thank you again Helena :)
Great position!! The room was clean and nice but very small. Considering the amazing position I can advise it to everyone for short holiday.
Small, but clean and cozy room near La Rambla and metro station. Clean and functional bathroom. We had a very pleasant stay in Barcelona, living in this place.
Thank you Helena.
Very kind hosts, very easy to reach the room, clean bathroom, small and comfortable room with wifi..(no kitchen)
Barcelona arrived very late and we waited very friendly Jordi gave us references location and directions. The room is very neat and clean, the bathroom is next door, and both isolated from the rest of the apartment. While the room is small, it's comfortable and has everything needed for a short stay. We spent very cute, would repeat and recommend the experience.
Great stay, the floor this is a very cool site and the owners are majísimios.
Genial la estancia, el piso esta es un sitio muy chulo y los dueños son majísimios.
Very attentive. Great amfitriones. We were advised to go for dinner, how to move, ... Small room, but to my unimportant. Importantly, all very clean and correct.
Muy atentos. Grandes amfitriones. NoS asesoraron donde ir a cenar, como movernos,...Habitación pequeña, pero, para mi poco importante. Lo importante, todo muy limpio y correcto.
