For your safety and convenience, we offer a transfer by executive car, with a bilingual driver. If interested, please request more information by sending a message.
We hand over the apartment clean and in perfect condition, including bed and bath linen. Is also our responsibility to clean the property and to take care of bed and bath linen laundering when client leaves.
Extra cleaning: If the client wants an extra cleaning during his stay in the property, we just need to schedule according to availability of dates and times. For any extra cleaning will be done the exchange of bed and bath linen. Price: R$ 60 (BRL)
To validate your reservation, we require the following information:
Passport or ID number
Check-in time & Flight number (for plane arrivals)
Names of occupants
Reservation / rental cancelation and changing of booking dates/times
Beside the amount of the rental fee, there is a separate charge for security deposit on each property.
Monday/Friday – 8am to 7pm
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays – 9am to 4pm
Out of our office times we have a employee and a 24h emergency number.
Check-in / Check Out:
Out of our office times, the customer must inform the Agency about the exact arrival time at the apartment, since our employee will meet the customer at the apartment.
Before check-in / after check-out, customers are permitted to leave luggage during regular office hours.
Check-in time is at 14h (2pm)
Check-out time is at 11h (11am)
If the customers would like to schedule a different time and the apartment is still available (Important: Please check availability and confirm before the reservation), the following fees are will be charged:
Before 6h => previous day room rate + R$ 50,00 service tax;
6h01 to 13h59 => earlier check in = 50% of room rate;
After 22h00 onwards => R$ 50,00 service tax late (late check-in);
Before 6h => R$ 50,00 service tax (early check out);
11h00 to 22h00 => 50% room rate price;
22h01 => 50% room rate price + R$ 50,00 service tax (late check- out) ;
If the customer doesn’t leave the apartment until 30 minutes after the pre-established contract time, there will be a charge of R$ 50,00 (fifty reais), if the customer leaves before 11h00. After 11h00 there will be a charge of a room rate price.
During the check-in and the check-out a company represent will come to the apartment in order to check it for any damages and return the security deposit to the customer. This process may take 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the apartment.
Use of the property
The rental purpose is exclusively for residential use. It is forbidden to rent the apartment to third persons. Any kind of commercial use is forbidden without previous written authorization by the agency.
Number of guests
It is forbidden to exceed the indicated number of person. Children under 1 year of age are not calculated. Please check the allowed number of persons before renting the apartment.
The client is fully responsible for the property and all items in the property and building. The client and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with the building regulations. Fines imposed by the building administration for infringing regulations must be paid immediately by the client and can cause premature termination of the rental contract without any refund. The agency is not responsible for death, loss, theft and damage of personal property.
Please verify before making a reservation, if the building accepts the entrance of visitors. Please advise us before making a reservation if visitors are requested and we will provide a suitable property.
Damages / Cleaning:
Any damage to the apartment inventory or cleaning defects must be reported immediately to the agency. If this does not happen within the first 12 hours after the check-in the agency has the right to charges the customer the damage amount.
If there will be any kind of damages or defects during the rental period, the customer has the obligation to report this to the agency immediately. We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Without advising, we will not accept further reclamations.
It is important to know, that Brazil is a tropical country. In reason of that insects such as ants are unavoidable in some cases. The agency has no responsibility for any complaints in reason of insects.
The Agency is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal items in or outside the property.
Pets are not allowed in our properties. In exceptional cases, upon prior written authorization by the Agency, the following terms are valid.
Just one pet is allowed. The customer assumes the whole responsibility for the complete cleaning and damages in the property. If the property is not completely cleaned before the check-out, a cleaning fee of R$ 250.00 will be charged.
The Agency has the right to increase the security deposit for these cases.
Other situations / exceptions
The terms and conditions will not change in cases of flight delays, flight cancellations, closure of airports or baggage loss.
The Agency assumes no responsibility for cases, such as water failure, power failure, faults of the Internet, air conditioner or tv connection.
If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, we assume no responsibility for connection problems and any resulting damages. This service is provided by telecommunication companies beyond our control: should there be any problems, there will be no refund of rental payments.

Check-in and check-out went very bureaucratic. After you log in Wimdu only had to be filled out to register a form. Upon arrival, then still had to be agreed on a contract. The taxi took us to 8 suitcases to the apartment. After a phone vote, we were asked only to sign the contract to the office before we could be let in to the apartment at all. The office was a few road blocks. The result: We have had to wait about 45 minutes with 8 suitcases on the road, which is dangerous for Rio de Janeiro. At check-out, all appliances, window and light were tested extensively before we got the 500 reais deposit back. We are a normal family: two married couples (60 + and 35 +). The apartment itself is in need of renovation, even by Brazilian standards. The building and the apartment stink. Day and night, there was a lot of noise. The beds are not comfortable. The beds in the rooms were small even wrong and no longer be used. All got back pain. The apartment is offered for 6 people. We do not see it that way. The beds are two beds but not suitable. The stove was broken. We were offered to repair the stove while we were away. The fact that we did not want. We were instead promised at check-in rebate, which we did not get in the end. At check-out there was someone else who knew nothing. The bed covers were delivered two hours later. It was rung, but the woman was already in the kitchen and arrive via a locked back door in the apartment. The only positive is the good location and very nice painting on the wall.
Check-in und Check-out ist sehr bürokratisch verlaufen. Nach der Anmeldung bei Wimdu musste erst noch ein Formular zur Anmeldung ausgefüllt werden. Bei Ankunft musste dann noch ein Vertrag vereinbart werden. Der Taxi hat uns mit 8 Koffern zu der Wohnung gebracht. Nach telefonischer Abstimmung wurden wir gebeten erst den Vertrag ins Büro zu unterschreiben bevor wir in die Wohnung überhaupt reingelassen werden konnten. Das Büro war einige Straßenblocks entfernt. Die Folge davon: Wir haben ca. 45 Minuten mit 8 Koffern auf der Straße warten mussten, was für Rio de Janeiro nicht ungefährlich ist. Bei Check-Out wurden alle Geräte, Fenster und Licht ausführlich getestet bevor wir die 500 Reais Kaution wieder zurück bekamen. Wir sind eine normale Familie: 2 Ehepaare (von 60+ und von 35+). Die Wohnung selber ist Renovierungsbedürftig, auch für brasilianische Verhältnisse. Das Gebäude und die Wohnung stinken. Tag und Nacht gab es viel Lärm. Die Betten sind nicht komfortabel. Die Betten ins kleine Zimmer waren sogar schief und nicht mehr zu benutzen. Alle bekamen Rückenschmerzen. Die Wohnung wird angeboten für 6 Personen. Wir sehen es nicht so. Die Sofas sind als zwei Betten aber nicht dafür geeignet. Der Herd war kaputt. Uns wurde angeboten den Herd zu reparieren während wir weg waren. Dass wollten wir nicht. Uns wurde stattdessen bei Check-in ein Rabatt versprochen, den wir am Ende nicht bekamen. Bei Check-out gab es jemand anders der von nichts wusste. Die Bettbezüge wurden zwei Stunden später geliefert. Es wurde geklingelt, aber die Frau stand schon in der Küche und ist via eine verschlossene Hintertür in der Wohnung gelangen. Das einzige positive ist die gute Lage und die sehr schöne Gemälde an der Wand.

Es hätte alles sehr schön sein können. Aber leider ist die Wohnung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, sie ist schmutzig - zum Glück ist die Wäsche sauber - es regnet rein, Internet ging einen Tag nicht, Türen schliessen nicht, Regen läuft in die Wohnung, bei Wind streichelt einen der Vorhang über den Kopf. Wäre alles in Ordnung, hielten wir den Preis ebenfalls für okay. Aber so? Wir möchten deshalb eine Minderung von 20% geltend machen.
Bitte setzen Sie sich deshalb mit mir privat über die bekannte email und nicht über ein öffentliches Medium in Verbindung.

It was an ok host. We had to get the key in an office and not at the apartment, it must be borne in mind. Apartment location is very good. The apartment itself is nice and clean and a great alternative to a hole cross else.
Det var en ok vært. Vi skulle hente nøglen på et kontor og ikke ved selve lejligheden, det skal man være opmærksom på. Lejlighedens placering er rigtig god. Selve lejligheden er pæn og ren og et rigtig godt alternativ til et holetværelse.

Had a fantastic time in Rio. The flat was good. Con: no extra towels, and that's for one week rather long. From Heidelberg agency we had to walk with suitcases of 20 kilos each. This piece is just too long, mainly due to the heavy suitcases. So bring extra towels or leave them equally between washing. Advantage: Good location. Net. Clean. All present. Good english speaking staff. Feel safe. Nice view of the lovely morning sun on the balcony. Definitely recommend!
Een fantastische tijd gehad in Rio. Het appartament was goed.
Minpunt: geen extra handdoeken, en dat is voor 1 week nogal lang. Vanaf Heidelberg agency moesten we lopen met koffers van 20 kilo per stuk. Dit stuk is net te lang, komt vooral door de zware koffers. Neem dus extra handdoeken mee of laat ze tussendoor even wassen.
Pluspunt: Goede ligging. Net. Schoon. Alles aanwezig. Goed engels sprekende medewerkers. Veilig gevoel. Mooi uitzicht met in de ochtend heerlijk zon op het balkon.
Zeker aan te raden!!
The appartement was nice and clean and we had no problems except once with the door lock. But after we called it was fixed within 2 hours, which is fast in rio :)
The location was great, 1block from the beach and 2 blocks from the subway station.
The agency was serious and uncomplicated.
I can definitly recommed this appartement for 2 or 3 people since the small beds in the second bedroom just limited comfortable are.
Very sparsely furnished "1" room apartment. However, it is all there, what you need. Should the 3rd if you use this room for third Person to be a child, because of the folding chair is not very stable. The points that were important to us: 1 a fairly new air conditioner that is very quiet 2 a mattress, you do not get out of the back pain and the always meet in the middle because it is located by 3 the apartment was very clean 4 the brilliant view from the 10th Stick on the beach of Copacabana and Lerme. The one who is right by the window, is growing with this view.
Sehr spartanisch eingerichtetes "1" Zimmer Appartement. Es ist jedoch alles da, was man braucht. Wenn man dieses Zimmer zu dritt nutzt sollte die 3. Person ein Kind sein, denn der Klappsessel ist nicht sehr stabil. Die Punkte, die für uns wichtig waren:
1. eine ziemlich neue Klimaanlage, die sehr leise ist
2. eine Matraze, von der man keine Rückenschmerzen bekommt und auf der man sich immer in der Mitte trifft, weil sie durchgelegen ist
3. das Appartement war sehr sauber
4. der geniale Blick aus dem 10. Stock auf den Strand der Copacabana und Lerme. Derjenige, der rechts am Fenster liegt, wird mit diesem Blick wach.
All right, a simple, well-located apartment equipped with everything you need. Only 50m to the beach, great location! The bus from / to the International Airport stops nearby.
Alles in Ordnung, ein einfaches, gut gelegenes Appartment, ausgerüstet mit allem was man benötigt. Nur ca. 50m zum Strand, super Lage! Auch der Bus vom/zum internationalen Flughafen hält in unmittelbarer Nähe.
