The modern apartment with a size of 70 m2 is ideal for couples with children. Both bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with bath tub.
The apartment is located on the 2th floor; there is no elevator in the building. Both bedrooms and the living area have amazing views over the ocean. In the living room with its modern sofa you will pass a pleasant time reading a good book, surfing on the internet (WIFI) or just enjoy your free time. The open-plan kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cutlery, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The dining table has 6 chairs. The whole apartment is modern and tastefully furnished. Pets are not allowed.
Upstairs there is a terrace with astonishing views over Alcúdia Bay. It is fitted with a table and seats for 4 people, 2 sun loungers, one parasol and a barbecue to enjoy the most of summer dinners outside. The neighbours have also access to the terrace, but each flat has its own equipment.
The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, drug stores, shops, supermarkets, bars, a taxi rank, a medical centre and the bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only 10 meters away from the apartment; you just have to cross the sea promenade. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water.
In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants, shops and leisure activities. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdia or the other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there.
By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

The Apartment is just great. The interior is luxuriously furnished and functional. Two bathrooms: for parents next to the bedrooms and a bathroom for children. The landlady is very nice and helpful. The parking is provided in front of the house. From the airport 10 minutes away: very practical. It is very centrally located, so you can move in a few minutes via highway in all directions. The holiday was very nice and we felt like home. Many Thanks!
Die Unterkunftswohnung ist einfach Spitze. Die Einrichtung ist luxeriös und praktisch eingerichtet. Zwei Bäder: für Eltern direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer und ein Bad für Kinder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist direkt vor dem Haus gegeben. Vom Flughafen 10 Minuten entfernt: sehr praktisch. Man ist hier sehr zentral, so dass man sich in wenigen Minuten via Autobahn in alle Richtungen bewegen kann. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

The house is really nice and we can only recommend this. It is even more beautiful than in the photos. We stayed 2 weeks in the autumn of 2014 in the Villa Silvina and we did not miss anything. Only disappointment was that we had to clean the apartment on its own after a week and the replacement sheets were put down only at the entrance and we had to do this myself. We're not used to us by Mallorce FINCAS, especially not in this price range.
Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und wir können dies nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir waren 2 Wochen im Herbst 2014 in der Villa Silvina und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Schade war nur, dass wir nach einer Woche die Wohnung eigenständig putzen mussten und die Ersatz Bettwäsche wurde nur beim Eingang hingestellt und wir mussten dies selber tun. Das sind wir uns doch von Mallorce FINCAS nicht gewohnt, vorallem nicht in dieser Preisklasse.
