Maioris is a quiet, upmarket residential resort, located on the western coast, just 12 minutes by car (taxi c. €25) south of Palma Airport and 15 minutes (€30) from Palma’s city centre. You will usually step off your flight and arrive at the apartment within half an hour, so your stay can start without delay.
Directly across the road from Puig de Ros is one of the finest golf courses in Mallorca, Maioris Golf, while the area is also popular with cyclists. Within walking distance are a host of bars/restaurants and shops.
A large Mercadona supermarket, café bar and pharmacy (5 mins), while a little further (10 mins).
The nearest (rocky) beach is just 15 minutes' walk away, where you will also find the exclusive Mhares Sea Club.

HOW TO MOVE:
A car enables explorers to get the most out a stay in Mallorca, though for just a few days' rest in and around the apartment, taxis are an affordable way to get there. Buses from outside the front gate to Palma city centre are regular and cheap, taking typically 40 minutes. The bus also stops at Arenal, which is a (sometimes very) lively resort, with many bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, as well as a wide, long stretch of sandy beach ('arena' is Spanish for 'sand', after all). Here you can also hire bikes of all varieties, if you're a keen bicyclist.
House rulesSHORT STAY (less than 1 month):
Price includes consumption of electricity, water, WiFi, linen and towels. On arrival will be asked 70€ in cash for the final cleaning and 200€ damage deposit to be returned after departure through bank transfer
There will be a charge of 30€ for arrivals after 21:00.
THE FOLLOWED RULES ARE ONLY FOR MONTHLY RENTALS: (from 1 month stay):
Electricity is not included, the estimated cost is 70€/month. The day of arrival we noted in the contract meter reading. Actual spending may be higher or lower than the estimate based on the level of consumption.
On arrival will be asked 70€ in cash for final cleaning, a deposit on account of electricity consumption and a damage deposit. A damage deposit will be returned after departure through bank transfer.
