The apartment is next to the Teatro Cervantes and the Plaza de la Merced within 5 minutes walk from the Alcazaba, the Roman theater, the Picasso Museum and the Thyssen Museum and most tourist attractions and outstanding restaurants in Malaga as well like a 7-minute walk from the promenade and the beach of La Malagueta.
With all the facilities close as transportation, supermarkets, banks and entertainment areas and the port of Malaga.

-Never Is allowed to occupy the apartment for more people than those established at capacity (except babies under 2 years).
-The Electricity consumption is free up to a limit of kw, that amount is indicated on the reservation, and extra consumption is charged € 0.50 x Kw
- Accommodations are cleaned before each input of a client, and will be equipped with a set of sheets and towels per person. The day of departure, the client shall leave the apartment in acceptable conditions of order and cleanliness. The owner is entitled to charge additional cleaning fees (30 euros) if the apartment is not in acceptable condition.

HOURS IN AND OUT (CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT)
Both schedules of entry and outgoing be flexible and negotiable as long as no other reservations earlier or later dates. The customer must always notify the approximate arrival time. Is an indispensable condition for at least 2 days notice before arrival time, otherwise we do not guarantee time of entry.
Arrival and depature Time
Arrival time to the apartment between 15:00 and 21:00 hr. If you want to enter the apartment earlier, report and we will try to accommodate you. If the apartment or villa is ready, you can enter earlier.
Upon arrival must submit a photocopy of identity card or passport of the person who made the booking.
The departure time is between 8:30 and 11:30 hrs
If you want to go out later and no other guests arriving the same day, you can stay in the apartment until 14:00 hrs without extra charge previously authorized by the owner. 14:00 hrs after renting a full day will be charged. Please check this in advance with the owner.
For every check-in or check-out time between 21h and 08:30 hr, has an additional charge.
