I had rather unpleasant issues in this apartment.
After a nearly 24 hour trip (counting from the time I left my house in Belo Horizonte, Brazil), passed by the agency Ideal Oasis to pick up keys. Arriving at the apartment realized that no cleaning had been done to my arrival. It was very dirty, dusty, the bedding had not been changed, there was a huge garbage bag in the room, there were dirty glasses with the dried remains inside, which made me certain that the site was not cleaned for at least 15 days from the departure of the last guest. No phone asked for help at the Brazilian restaurant next door. The waiter kindly called from his cell and could ask the agency to send a cleaning lady. After waiting more than two hours I decided to get a taxi and go in person to the agency. There waited for over an hour for a cleaner and then return to the apartment and she initiate cleaning. Only the 19 hours I could take a shower and get settled.
The shower sucks! Unexpectedly cools or heats up several times during a normal bath 5 minutes.
Two days (not consecutive) lacked hot water, which made me twice without bath after a hard day's many wanderings.
On 09/09/2014, arriving at night I found a mouse on the stove. Only then I realized that the remains that had been realizing since I arrived at 31/08/2014 were his. Immediately I spent an e-mail to the agency that answered the next day saying he would send someone to fix the problem: A "exterminator." On the third day of e-mails exchange also decided to send one to Wimdu. It was a week-long exchange of e-mails and nothing!
One morning they knock on the door asking for permission to install new air conditioning. Made several holes in the wall, installed the air and left me the apartment, I had done the day before and the cleaning was spotless, all dusty, mobile floor, everything!
Two days before my departure I spent new email to Ideal Oasis asking in return for all these disorders, kind enough to allow me to go out to 15 hours. (I had already consulted the site and found that there was no reservation for the following day) The request was denied on the grounds the new guest arrival. They also said they had solved the mouse problem. I can not believe it every day to get to the apartment sought anxious for a trace that someone had been there but never realized a minimum clue.
The agency is not serious, is extremely disorganized and figured why not have no comment on the mentioned apartment. I think comments like mine will not be posted.
The experience was not good, never rent a site that has no positive comments on the site.

POR FAVOR, O DEPOIMENTO É LONGO MAS LEIA ATÉ O FINAL.
Tive problemas bastante desagradáveis nesse apartamento.
Depois de uma viagem de quase 24 horas (contando desde a hora em que deixei minha casa em Belo Horizonte, Brasil), passei pela agência Ideal Oasis para pegar as chaves. Chegando ao apartamento constatei que nenhuma faxina havia sido feita para a minha chegada. Estava tudo muito sujo, empoeirado, a roupa de cama não havia sido trocada, havia um saco enorme de lixo na sala, havia copos sujos com os restos secos dentro, o que me fez ter certeza de que o local não era limpo há pelo menos 15 dias, desde a partida do último hóspede. Sem telefone pedi ajuda no restaurante brasileiro ao lado. O garçon gentilmente ligou do seu celular e consegui pedir à agência que enviasse uma faxineira. Depois de esperar mais de duas horas decidi pegar um taxi e ir pessoalmente à agência. Lá esperei por mais de uma hora pela faxineira para então voltar ao apartamento e ela dar início a faxina. Só às 19 horas pude tomar um banho e me instalar.
O chuveiro é péssimo! Esfria ou esquenta inesperadamente várias vezes durante um banho normal de 5 minutos.
Dois dias (não consecutivos) faltou água quente, o que me deixou por duas vezes sem banho depois de um dia cansativo de muitas andanças.
No dia 09/09/2014, chegando à noite encontrei um rato sobre o fogão. Só então compreendi que os vestígios que vinha percebendo desde que cheguei em 31/08/2014 eram dele. Imediatamente passei um e-mail para a agência que me respondeu no dia seguinte dizendo que mandaria alguém para resolver o problema: um "exterminator". No terceiro dia de troca de e-mails decidi mandar um também para WIMDU. Foi uma semana inteira de troca de e-mails e nada!
Uma manhã bateram à porta pedindo permissão para instalar novo ar condicionado. Fizeram vários furos na parede, instalaram o ar e me deixaram o apartamento, que eu havia feito a faxina na véspera e estava impecável, todo empoeirado, chão móveis, tudo!
Dois dias antes da minha partida passei novo e-mail para Ideal Oasis pedindo, em troca de todos esses transtornos, a gentileza de permitir que eu saísse às 15 horas. (Eu já havia consultado o site e constatado que não havia nenhuma reserva para os dias seguintes) O pedido foi negado alegando a chegada de novo hóspede. Disseram também que tinham resolvido o problema do rato. Não tenho como acreditar pois todos os dias ao chegar ao apartamento buscava ansiosa por um vestígio de que alguém teria estado ali mas nunca percebi um mínimo indício.
A agência não é séria, é extremamente desorganizada e percebi o por quê de não ter nenhum comentário sobre o mencionado apartamento. Acredito que comentários como o meu não sejam postados.
A experiência não foi boa, nunca mais alugo um local que não tenha comentários positivos no site.

A group of 10 of us stayed here for 3 nights and were absolutely delighted with the standard of the apartment. Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival. The brickwork walls inside brought something special to the decor and the appliances were of the highest quality. Beds were extremely comfy, a delight to catch a few 'z's' on. Ample towels were provided for the multitude of intricately decorated bathrooms.
The only problems were with the heating which we had no control over as locked under plastic guard which made the place almost unbarable to catch a much desired sleep after a day of touristing in the big apple. Also, the wifi was rather slow and didn't quite reach the upper bedrooms which is where the most internet-hungry of us were. The iron doesn't work either.
Overall I'd definitely recommend a stay here, and the operators were extremely helpful and I'm sure would have tried to rectify such problems if we had emailed them which they invited us to do. However as we were so busy we didn't have a chance to!

Den 2. Stern gibt es für den zuverlässigen Kontakt und den reibungslosen Ablauf von Buchung, Abwicklung und Empfang.
Den 3. Stern dafür, dass alle vom Anbieter angegebenen Einrichtungsgegenstände auch vorhanden waren.
Den 1. Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass es im Bad kein warmes Wasser gab (Duschen war daher nicht möglich), Bad- und Küchenmöbel ihre besten Zeiten lang hinter sich haben und die Wohnung für mehr als 4 Personen nicht geeignet ist (das Bett kann nicht ausgeklappt werden, ohne dass alle anderen Gäste auf dem Weg zur Toilette darüber steigen müssten, keine 5. Tasse, keine 5. Sitzgelegenheit usw.).
Den größten Abzug gibt es jedoch für die Qualität der Fenster: die Wohnung liegt direkt an der vielbefahrenen 9. Ave. Die Fenster schließen nicht und sind insgesamt in einem sehr verwahrlosten Zustand. Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ist daher akustisch sehr unangenehm und schlafen eigentlich unmöglich. Schade.
