Rest of the house you will share with two others. The kitchen is completely new and is fully supplied with dishes and cookware, and has a gas range, stainless steel refrigerator, granite counter top, microwave and dishwasher. Fresh bedding linens and towels are included. The bedroom is fully furnished and can easily fit 2 people. There is also free easy street parking for those with a car.
Location is great. Just 20 minutes by convenient public transportation to Manhattan and just 10 minutes by car. Walking distance to Liberty State Park with beautiful views of Manhattan, there is recreation area, jogging paths, playground, barbecue areas, Science Museum and the ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.

very welcome. The accommodation is clean and functional. It is close to public transport to get to Manhattan and have magnificent views of New York.
A very nice and comfortable furnished apartment. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back for a second time. Thank you very much!
Hey guys, so I had two weeks in the room, and found it perfectly adequate! that's not so far away from NYC as I thought. The neighbors were also very friendly.
I had everything I needed, bed, bath, wi-fi, kitchen and lots of ice in the fridge :)
sylwia is very nice and showed me everything in the beginning and told what I needed to know.
To the hotel room, I recommend people to experience more of the NYC, and not for those who just sit at home!
Very nice, clean and comfortable room not far from Manhattan. But you need 3 different public transport services (so tickets) to get to Manhattan.
Sylvia is a great host and very uncomplicated. Things can be organised very quick and relaxed. The room and bath was small but very nice and clean. The appartment is beautifull and very modern. Internet is no problem. The only thing on the negative side is the long way to PATH train, which connects New Jersey with Manhattan. But there is a light train for another $2,10 from Liberty Park to Exchange Place/PATH. The neighbourhood is poor but friendly and I enjoyed the stay. thx!
Although the apartment was a large, clean bedroom the toilet leaked when you flushed it, the airconditioning was only in the bedroom, there was only one pot to cook with and it was situated an an area of Jersey city that was not very nice. There were few restraunts, public transport was at least 20 minutes walk away and the only way to get a cab was to reserve one. We moved out before the end of our stay to an apartment in Manhatten as travelling from This part of Jersey city took too much time.
Good things: price, shops next door speak Spanish, they give you the freedom to come and go back to the time you want, cleaning, bathroom and kitchen in good condition. have a beer on the stairs of the house and see live the typical action movies Bad things: the inability to talk to the hostess on many occasions, the uneasy feeling you get comments from people in the neighborhood and walking around at certain times of day and night (we came safely but from late at night is advisable to take a taxi) (still a good experience we get to know New York and New Jersey from another perspective and not as mere tourists). Transporting cards do not work in new york new jersey. You have to walk, catch a tram and then a subway to get to new york. The third bed is a sofa bed uncomfortable.
Clean and comfortable apartment. Good bed, nice layout and design. Free wifi. Unfortunately no TV or radio. House is not in New York but in Jersey City in the state of NY. It is a great tour to reach Manhattan. Journey by bus and train is about an hour. The ferry is only a brisk walk and a crossing of $ 7 per person. The house is located in a neighborhood where my 13 year old son did not dare to walk in the dark. So everyday home before dark. No NY by night seen, unfortunately. No cookware available, to buy himself a skillet to fry an egg. Furthermore, for the whole week had access to 2 towels in pairs. Next time you prefer something more expensive with an app. in Manhattan. The daily effort, cost and aggravation of the trip I save over al
Schoon en comfortabel appartement. Prima bed, leuke indeling en inrichting. Gratis wifi. Geen NY by night gezien, helaas.
clean and comfortable apartment, if you do not mind to do some travel by public transportation to Manhattan to come, and a great and inexpensive apartment, hostess flexible in many ways, little cooking
Very nice place to stay, clean, big, quiet, cheap, free internet. The only thing is the trip between the path and the house. I thought it was close enought to get there by foot but it's too far. So in the morning you have to take the bus, every 20 minutes on the week and 45 in the week end, and on the way back, after 9 PM you have to pick up a taxi. (7 dollars)
So it's a good place to stay, the neighborhood is very kind (try the breakfeast in the corner of community pawn and woodward) but be aware of the time to reach the place.
