Arrivals after 21:00 will be subject to a late check-in fee of 20 GBP and 30 GBP from 00:00
Upon check-in, guests are required to:
- all guest staying must provide a valid, government issued photo ID
- A security deposit of GBP 150 against breakages will be charged as guarantee on credit/debit card or cash.
- In case of groups of 6 or more guests, the security deposit will be GBP 50/person.
- 300GBP or higher for youngsters and last minute bookings.
- Visitors after 22:00 are not permitted. Guests may be evicted if this rule is not adhered to.
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old, otherwise they will not be allowed to check in.
Deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
NO PARTIES allowed within the rented property nor disturbing the peace. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged penalty and asked to leave without a refund.
Apartment is non smoking and pets are not allowed.

Great apartment with lots of spare. Placed just 5 minutes from Undergrund Aldgate East. Tesco Express next to underground and very nice restaurant Old Moe's.
Nice and quiet area with nearly No traffic.
Checking in was easy and Illona at the office was very helpful.
We will be back for sure and give this place our best recommandations.

It was an awesome weekend in Prague and so was the appartment too!!! We got exactly that what we booked and what we saw on the pictures. The communication was kindly and we got answer within one day. I can just recommend this appartment and the team around of Katarina.
Apartment Groß und geräumig. Beste Lage quasi direkt in der Innenstadt. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Toilette und Dusche in getrennten Räumen.
Inventar(besonders das der Küche) leider eher bescheiden.
Sehr grosszügige Wohnung. Super Lage. Leider keine richtige Dusche, nur die Badewanne, die auf den Bildern zu sehen ist.
Apartment and location were pretty good. Wifi is horrible, there are couple of stairs and specially getting the keys is very complicated. Is not that easy for someone who arrives the first time to get them in a place far from the apartment. Plus flat wasnt B21, was B12 so its kind of confusing.
Mycket bra ställe att bo på, rakt in i gamla stans sköna charm.
Lägenheten var ren och fräsch, hade sköna sängar och rikligt med varmvatten.
Dock så saknades det duschdraperi och handduks krokar i badrummet, så det fanns ingenstans att lägga sin handduk när man skulle duscha eller tvätta sig.
Ett stort Plus för lägenhetsvärdens taxi service från och till Flygplatsen.
Nya fina bilar, trevliga engelsktalande chaufförer klädda i kostym, allt med ett mycket proffsigt intryck..
Die Lage zur Altstadt punktet. Da nimmt man auch den ein oder anderen Kratzer in der Wohnung nicht all zu wichtig. Der Tipp mit dem Restaurant gleich unten am Eck war sehr gut. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Wer sich gern den Königspalast ansehen möchte sei darauf hingewiesen, dass sich die 1,5h Ansteherei nicht lohnen, da nur ein Raum und die Kronjuwelen ausgestellt sind.
Die Vermittlung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung war ideal. Der Zustand leider nicht so. Viele Dinge waren kaputt oder zerschlissen, die Ausstattung der Küche machte kochen nicht möglich.
The apartment was perfect! It was clean, big and very closed to the city centre and to the San Venceslao square. We were in 7 adults and there was enough space for all of us. Nothing negative to say. I will return in this apartment during my next trip in Prague.
