This apartment of 65 square meters with air conditioning is a 2 bedroom duplex which is Huchette street in the 5th district of Paris within walking distance of the Place Saint Michel and Notre Dame.
It is located in a secure building with a door code entry on 4th floor (with elevator from the first floor).

* A one bedroom with double bed, a bedside table and wooden floors
* A second bedroom with two single beds, an ensuite bathroom (1) and parquet flooring

You will also available WiFi Internet access, cable / satellite, DVD player, a washing machine.

For arrival on Sunday/bank holidays, 50 euros will be charged.
An early check-in between 10am and 2pm is available for an extra charge of 50 euros (if the apartment is available).

Based on availability and at least with a 24 hours notice, a late check-out between 10am and noon is available for an additional cost of 50 euros.
We will ask you to sign a rental agreement, to respect your obligations and not to smoke in the apartment.
For rentals over 21 days, you will have to pay your consumption of electricity and gas (on meter reading).
The security deposit is equal to the amount of the rent for rentals of less than 21 days (Possibility of taking an imprint bank card with Visa or Mastercard).
For rentals between 21 days and 6 months, we charge one month's rent, and 2 months rent for rentals of more than 6 months.

A great, clean location for a Paris visit. We were two couples with two inquisitive boys. From here you can reach most attractions on foot and short return to the apartment for a break. The visit to Disney Park is wonderful due to the Metro and RER nearby. The settlement and accounting including keys worked super easy. Thank you for this beautiful experience.
Eine tolle, saubere Location für eine Parisbesichtigung. Wir waren zwei Ehepaare mit zwei wissbegierigen Jungs. Von hier aus kann man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und für eine Pause kurz in die Wohnung zurückkehren. Auch die Besichtigung von Disneypark geht auf Grund der Metro und RER Nähe wunderbar. Die Abwicklung und Buchung samt Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte super einfach. Danke für diese schöne Erfahrung.
Great apartment. Very clean and excellent location. Close to metro, easy walking to many sights. Staff was responsive and quick to attend to our needs. Would stay here again! Only thing to consider in the heat of the summer is that with windows open it would be noisy from the street.
We were a group of 6 adults and a 4 yr old and stayed in the apartment for 5 nights.
Plus points- great location, the apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no disturbance from the road below, unless u left all the windows open. Even then not too bad.the apartment was newly refurbished and all the fittings were good.
There is one bedroom with a double bed which is a good size. The second double bed is in the mezzanine level with no doors. The mezzanine level has a ensure but with no toilet.
The sofa bed was of vey good quality and had a proper mattress.towels and fresh sheets were provided. There was internet available.there was good communication from them. An agent named Christian was there to welcome us and went through the fittings with us. My fault was to rush him through it and not get all the details.
Minus points- not a lot really. The lift to the apartment is from the first Floor and can only fit 2 people at a time or one with luggage. Not a real problem. The main problem was that there was only one toilet,As we were the first people to stay there after refurbishment there were a few niggling issues which I am sure they will sort out

Great location (10 minutes walk to Notre-Dame de Paris, 3 minutes walk to Seine River embankment ). Metro station is just accross the house. Many cafe, restaraunts and supermarkets around (3-7 minutes walk) but the area around the house is safe and quiet. Jardin des Plantes is just 3 minutes walk from the apartment (good park to walk with children, small clean zoo on the territory of the park).

Extremely difficult booking procedure with french agency.
A 8 pages rental contract needed to be signed and send .,as well credit card authorisation form,a copy of my credit card(both sides)a copy of my passport,
had to take out insurance through landlord,about ten emails forward backward!!
Key holder insisted of taking another swipe of 1000 Euro security deposit!
Bath room dated,blocked drains,bed very average for 200 Euro/night overpriced

La casa è molto carina, ma ha tre grossi difetti: 1) si trova al primo piano ed è molto rumorosa. La mattina alle 6 passa il camion della spazzatura che carica bottiglie e altro proprio sotto le finestre. 2) le due grandi finestre del salotto non hanno tende, per cui si è in balia dalla mattina alla sera di sguardi esterni e se si vuole evitarlo non si può fare altro che chiudere gli scuri e vivere al buio. 3) nel bagno non c'è alcuna presa elettrica e quando ci si deve asciugare i capelli o usare un altro apparecchio elettrico bisogna farlo con la porta aperta e condividere con gli altri ospiti la nostra toilette.
