Reviews of this property
We stayed at Aspasia’s house for about 2 weeks with our 10 month old daughter. The village Kerasia is located in the centre of Crete, which makes it easy to reach the north and the south of the island. The way to the highway is about 5 Minutes by car.
The house is a beautiful refurnished traditional stone house with a big kitchen. It is absolutely quiet, clean and nice and located on the top of the hill of the village directly next to the church. From there one has a beautiful view over the mountains.
Aspasia was very kind and very helpful not only with recommendations about local spots. She also bought missing household items for us we needed for the baby (e.g. a blender, kitchen scale). This was absolutely great! Also, in advance when we had questions she always responded immediately, which was very helpful for us.
Aspasia’s mother lives upstairs in her own apartment. When we arrived in the evening they welcomed us very kindly. And she had already prepared a traditional meal which was very delicious.
The mother was so nice to us and our daughter –always spreading a very familiar spirit.
To sum it up: We would definitely recommend Aspasia’s house to everyone!
